Having just bought a house for my daughter we found out there were some undisclosed issues with the home. One of which was electrical. The house, built in 1944 had what appears to have the original electrical panel and circuit breakers. The type breakers installed are no longer available and the main breaker kept breaking periodically. If we could locate a replacement we could fix that issue but the panel would still be below current code even though grandfathered in. Luke, the electrician and owner of Full Circuit Electric LLC, was recommended to me to evaluate, provide repair options and an estimate. Luke showed up on time, studied the issue before suggesting a solution. He explained the issue along with the pros and cons of each option. We chose to upgrade the panel and bring it up to current code because my daughter and two of my grand children will be living there. His estimate was actually less than what I expected and he had a shorter time line for when the power would be off than expected. He arrived on time and completed the work a bit quicker than he estimated. My daughter has confirmed there have been NO more problems since the upgrade. She even made a point of turning on her air fryer, dishwasher, oven (electric) and clothes dryer (also electric) simultaneously and no problems. Before the breaker popped when she turned on the dish washer. We found Luke to be professional, punctual and personable. If needed we would definitely hire him again.
